Responsibilities
The Parks and Forestry Division is responsible for the operations and maintenance of more than 20 parks, parkways and trails in Howard. The division is also responsible for the management and maintenance of street and park trees as well as natural areas. Mike Harris, Superintendent of Parks, Forestry, and Golf, oversees the Parks and Forestry Division, as well as maintenance operations at Village Green Golf Course.
