If I want to plead Not Guilty what do I have to do?

The Village of Howard Municipal Court needs your Not Guilty plea in writing prior to your initial court date. Your initial court date is written on the top of the citation that was given to you. You may use the Not Guilty Plea Form or write a letter telling the court you are entering a plea of Not Guilty to (reference the citation number and offense name), date the letter, sign it and print your correct mailing address and phone number. You may also send a not guilty plea to the Court by e-mail to mheim@villageofhoward.com
